Simone Risi is an Italian photographer, art director, and visual artist based in Bologna. Working internationally across brands, editorial projects, and contemporary art, he builds refined visual identities through photography, strategic art direction, and an authorial approach to image-making.

He is the founder and CEO of Gea Vision, a company operating across art, design, and media production. Conceived as a multidisciplinary platform, Gea Vision brings together visual research, creative production, and contemporary culture, with a particular focus on the creation of imagery, exhibition spaces, and high-impact visual content.

He is also the founder of Joyful Riot, a streetwear brand centered on themes such as creative freedom, digital sovereignty, privacy, and resistance to algorithmic categorization.

His personal research combines aesthetic sensitivity, narrative construction, and visual precision, with the aim of transforming each project into a recognizable, contemporary, and coherent language. His works have been exhibited internationally, consolidating a practice that moves across photography, visual art, fashion culture, curatorship, and creative direction.
